Today it was 60f outside....after we got done welding up the 'new' brake tabs, it was 45f and raining..By 8pm it was 30f and snowing. This was my sunday.

OK, I finished up the headlight, upper motormount, tail light, and carb bracket polishing. Those pieces are now off to the chromers. Tonite I weld on kickstand and finish frame welding. The frame will go to paint tommorrow. Most all remaining pieces to be made are stainless, so having the frame painted will help me with the over all vision. I will be remaking the pipes to be more aggressive. Im excited about this part of the build....

Finished up the seatpan, tail section, and third mount for oil tank.

I will be using a thumb brake only for the back brakes...Plus, in Church of Chopper fashion, they will be overkill. We like to stop as much as we like to go.

After months, we are starting over on this setup.

saturday afternoon

Its still cold as fuck and I'm still not feeling well....but I did manage to get a little done on snowy monday night.

The cold weather has caught up to me....Its been in the 0's for the last 4 or 5 days. My shop is not that insulated, cinder block walls and a steel garage door. My heater is a hanging Reznor from the early 19hundreds...Fucking thing! Blasting hot air blowing down on you one second, then freezing breezes blowing up at you the next....I didnt get much done today.
